Job summary

BukuWarung’s BukuPay PH division is seeking a Head of Field Sales to lead a fleet of ~200 Sales Field Agents across the Philippines. The role blends hands-on field leadership with data-driven decision-making to maximize merchant acquisition and payments distribution in a fast-growing fintech market.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in field sales or similar direct sales roles, with proven capability to drive results through large, distributed teams, sharp territory planning, and vendor

Qualifications

• 15-20 years in field sales, distribution, or fleet/agent-based sales models, with senior leadership experience.
• Experience managing large, distributed field teams of 150+ agents (own hires and/or third-party vendor agents).
• Data-driven with ability to build/read performance trackers and dashboards to guide daily area decisions.
• Strong people leadership and ability to train, motivate, and hold a large frontline team accountable.
• Based in or willing to be based in the Philippines with regional travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales execution and own fleet numbers across territories.
• Analyze daily/weekly field performance and reallocate agents to optimize merchant density and conversions.
• Define territory coverage strategy and adjust on the ground.
• Manage ~200 field agents, set targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure SLA/compliance with vendors.
• Collaborate with Product/Growth/People Ops to align field plans with company priorities.
