Job summary

BukuPay, the payments arm of BukuWarung, is hiring a Retail Sales Lead to build and lead the field sales team across the Philippines. You will drive product sales, oversee merchant visits, and execute in-store activations to maximize visibility and revenue.

You will monitor performance, coach team members, plan weekly and monthly sales strategies, and build lasting merchant relationships. Willingness to travel across the Philippines is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in retail or field sales, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and execute weekly and monthly sales plans to drive product sales and field activities.
• Oversee merchant visits, product demonstrations, and sales execution to ensure consistent market coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in retail or field sales, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and people management skills.

• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing field sales operations.

• Experience in sales planning or strategic sales initiatives is an advantage.

• Background in FMCG, Telecommunications, Banking/Financial Services, or E-commerce is preferred.

• Willing to travel extensively and be assigned or relocated anywhere in the Philippines, as needed.
