Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail sales management, preferably with multi-store or area management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing retail teams.
• Willing to conduct regular store visits and travel across South Luzon.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple stores and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall sales performance and operations of assigned stores across South Luzon stores of Mossimo.
• Lead, coach, and motivate Area Heads, Store Heads, and Sales Staff to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve store productivity, and maximize revenue.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide action plans for underperforming stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor operations, customer service, visual merchandising, inventory, and compliance with company standards.
• Ensure proper manpower planning, staffing, deployment, and scheduling across assigned stores.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments regarding recruitment, manpower requirements, employee performance, and operational concerns.
• Work closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth store operations and product availability.
• Oversee the execution of mall-wide sales, promotions, events, and other business initiatives.
• Monitor inventory movement, replenishment, and allocation to support sales and minimize excess stocks.
• Analyze sales reports, market trends, and store performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Address store-level operational concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, mall regulations, and operational standards.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with mall management and key business partners.
