Job summary

Chromaesthetics Inc. is seeking a proactive retail operations professional to oversee field coordination across multiple stores in the Philippines. The role includes regular store visits, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring accurate DSR submissions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, with strong Excel/Sheets skills and the ability to work independently across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, store supervision, or field coordination.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG retail is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of store operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Experience handling or reviewing sales reports (DSR) and performance data.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with different teams and store staff.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving issues.
• Willing to do frequent fieldwork and store visits.
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting.
• Can work independently and handle multiple stores or locations.
