DemoPower Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Retail Merchandising Specialist to support consumer electronics retail execution. You will plan in-store displays, coordinate with sales and partners, and ensure launches align with marketing campaigns.
You will conduct store visits, audit displays, identify gaps, and drive improvements across the full project cycle from planning to inspection and reporting. Minimum bachelor’s degree and at least two years of related experience are required.
Support retail operations for the consumer electronics business, ensuring consistent execution of in-store display and retail standards.
Develop in-store merchandising and product display plans based on product launches, marketing campaigns, and sales priorities.
Coordinate with sales and third-party suppliers to ensure timely implementation of retail projects.
Conduct regular store visits and photo audits to evaluate display quality, merchandising compliance, and overall execution results.
Identify execution gaps, provide corrective recommendations, and follow up with relevant teams until issues are fully resolved.
Track project progress and prepare regular reports on execution status, key issues, and improvement actions.
Continuously improve retail display guidelines, store inspection standards, and operational processes.
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree

Relevant experience in smartphones, consumer electronics, smart devices, or a related industry.
Hands-on experience in retail merchandising, in-store display planning, visual merchandising, or retail project operations.
Familiarity with the full project cycle, including planning, stakeholder coordination, implementation, inspection, and result evaluation.
Strong project management, cross-functional communication, and execution follow-up skills.
Able to coordinate effectively with retail partners, agencies, and third-party suppliers
