We are looking for a results-driven Operations Planning & Control Officer to support operational excellence across our retail branches. This role is responsible for conducting store audits, monitoring performance, analyzing data, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with company standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct store audits (operations, inventory, documentation, compliance)
• Monitor SOP adherence and internal control effectiveness
• Identify discrepancies, risks, and process gaps
• Prepare audit and performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Analyze inventory, sales, and operational data using Excel/Google Sheets
• Support operational planning and KPI monitoring
• Recommend process improvements and cost-efficiency initiatives
• Conduct training and coaching for store teams
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure operational alignment
• Travel to branches as needed
