Key Responsibilities

• Data collection and analysis: Gather and analyse data from various sources, including sales reports, customer surveys, and inventory records.
• Trend identification and optimization: Develop actionable insights and recommendations.
• Reporting and visualization: Create clear, concise reports and data visualizations (dashboards) for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Forecasting and performance monitoring: Use historical data to forecast sales, predict future trends, track and evaluate the performance of various departments and initiatives against set goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or any related field.
• Retail operations analytics background preferred, including analysis of sales performance, inventory levels, and merchandising effectiveness.
• Analytical skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
• Management reporting with strong skills in PowerPoint, Power BI, and other reporting or visualization tools.
• Communication skills: Ability to present findings clearly and effectively to different audiences.
• Business acumen: Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising.
