Job summary

PMI in The Finance Center, BGC, Taguig, is hiring a Direct Retail Operations Executive to oversee IQOS Store operations across the assigned territory and ensure a seamless, compliant consumer experience while driving business results.

You will drive sales growth, manage day-to-day retail operations, develop store managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales growth across multiple stores in a territory.
• Strong retail operations and store performance management experience.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Leadership and coaching capabilities for Area Sales Managers and Store Managers.
• Customer-focused with attention to compliance and operational detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory targets by tracking store performance and implementing action plans.
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and a high-quality consumer experience across all stores.
• Manage day-to-day retail operations, including inventory, logistics, store orders, and retail systems.
• Develop and coach Area Sales Managers and Store Managers to build high-performing teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and resolve customer escalations to support business objectives.
