Qualifications

• Driver’s license for at least a year and ability to drive manual transmission.
• Strong interpersonal skills with negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
• Field sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience with sales/trade marketing projects and initiatives.
• Proficiency in performance monitoring and data analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned territory by executing route-to-market strategies and building relationships with trade partners.
• Influence trade to adopt PMI programs and tools, aligning with commercial priorities.
• Drive in-store execution to boost visibility and access across channels.
• Use field insights to identify growth opportunities and plan territory actions.
• Support initiatives that build loyalty and attract customers from competitors.
• Implement retail activations and promotions to drive trial and conversion.
• Monitor pricing compliance and address deviations in the field.
• Track territory sales and program compliance, reporting KPIs.
