PMI in The Finance Center, BGC, Taguig, is hiring a Direct Retail Operations Executive to oversee IQOS Store operations across the assigned territory and ensure a seamless, compliant consumer experience while driving business results.

You will drive sales growth, manage day-to-day retail operations, develop store managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and maintain high standards.

• Proven ability to drive sales growth across multiple stores in a territory.
• Strong retail operations and store performance management experience.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site per week

As a Direct Retail Operations Executive, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of IQOS Stores within your assigned territory to ensure a seamless and compliant consumer experience while delivering business results.

What You'll Do

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory targets by tracking store performance and implementing action plans.

• Manage day-to-day retail operations, including inventory, logistics, store orders, and retail systems.
