Shopee Philippines is seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to manage storefront presentation, forecast demand, and lead supplier negotiations. You will curate listings, set up deals, and promote brand campaigns to boost shopper engagement.

With at least a bachelor's degree and 1+ year in e-commerce or FMCG, you will translate insights into action, collaborate across teams, and drive profitable growth for the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 1+ year in business development, account management, merchandising or related field in e-commerce/retail/FMCG is a plus.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage storefront presentation: curate listings, set up flash deals, brand promotions, and vouchers to create an attractive shopper experience.
• Inventory management: forecast demand, plan replenishment, and maintain healthy stock levels.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to improve cost, and pitch marketing solutions to grow profitability.
• Analyse category-level sales trends to surface growth opportunities and inform assortment decisions.
• Support onboarding of new brands or SKUs onto the platform.
