Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all e-commerce platforms, including website, marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc.), and social commerce channels.
• Develop and implement digital strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Coordinate closely with Warehouse and Fulfillment teams to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order processing and delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with operations to prevent stock issues, overselling, or delays.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales data, and platform performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to ensure consistent and effective product listings, campaigns, and promotions.
• Manage product uploads, pricing, descriptions, and visual content across all platforms.
• Handle performance reporting for e-commerce sales, campaigns, and product movement.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform updates, and digital selling strategies.
