Job summary

Tapa King in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Key Accounts Supervisor – Retail to manage and grow retail key accounts such as Landers, WalterMart, SM, and Metro. Qualifications

College graduate in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
At least 2 years of sales or key accounts experience.
Experience handling modern trade, supermarkets, hypermarkets, or major retail accounts is advantageous.
Strong commercial, sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop strong, long-term relationships with assigned retail key accounts.
Develop account plans and sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor and analyze sales performance by account, branch/outlet, and product/SKU, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
Identify and pursue opportunities for new product/SKU listings, additional store coverage, increased distribution, and account expansion.
Lead account presentations, business reviews, commercial negotiations, and coordination of account requirements.
Negotiate and manage promotions, discounts, trade programs, and other commercial initiatives while protecting company profitability.
