Accent Micro Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Technical Support professional to provide Level 2 onsite support for retail POS systems and assist employees and tenants.

The role requires working onsite six days a week, Monday to Saturday, and delivering timely solutions to technical issues while documenting incidents and reports. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, guiding users through solutions, preparing shift reports, and escalating unresolved

Qualificações

• Graduate of an IT-related course (CS/IT/CE or equivalent).
• Experience in IT Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Service Desk is an advantage.
• POS system experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle technical concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Willing to work onsite, six days a week (Mon-Sat).

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 2 onsite support for retail POS systems.
• Receive, record, process, and monitor incidents and service requests.
• Respond to technical concerns via phone, email, or messages.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and guide users.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of support.
• Prepare Pre-Shift and End-of-Shift reports.
• Collect and upload tenants' daily sales reports.
• Perform other IT support tasks related to retail operations.
