Job summary

INSPI Philippine is seeking an HR Generalist to support daily HR operations with a strong focus on recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, and employee relations in a retail setting. Retail experience is preferred and confidentiality is essential.

The role covers onboarding, regularization, contract renewals, separations, and policy implementation, with collaboration across store and operations teams. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the retail industry.
• End-to-end recruitment, timekeeping, payroll, and employee relations experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail store positions.
• Coordinate hiring requirements and recruitment activities.
• Manage job postings, applicant tracking, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with store and operations teams regarding staffing needs.
• Manage and monitor timekeeping and attendance records.
• Review and validate DTRS, schedules, overtime, absences.
• Assist in payroll preparation and validation.
• Maintain confidential HR records and assist in employee relations.
