Job summary

KLCC Group of Companies is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with retail business objectives. The role covers workforce planning, talent acquisition coordination, employee engagement, performance management, and policy compliance across multiple branches in the Philippines.

The HRBP collaborates with store and area managers to address people challenges, improve retention, and support achievement of operational targets while adhering to Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience in HRBP/HR Generalist/HR Manager roles.
• Experience supporting retail operations or large frontline workforce.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR policies.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with retail operations leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and goals.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition coordination, employee retention, and succession planning across branches.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Drive employee engagement and people development to boost productivity and effectiveness.
• Monitor HR metrics and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws; recommend data-driven improvements.
