Job summary

Elite Headhunting Incorporated is seeking an HR Assistant to support recruitment, employee records, onboarding, HR administration and employee concerns in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of HR experience, is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential information while working on-site at Parkway, Alabang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year of HR experience
• Experience in HR administration, recruitment, employee records or personnel documentation
• Experience handling employee 201 files preferred
• Familiarity with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and other government-mandated benefits
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential employee information
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willing to work on-site in Parkway, Alabang

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and hiring activities including job posting, applicant screening, interview scheduling and candidate coordination
• Maintain and update employee 201 files and personnel records
• Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and pre-employment requirements
• Prepare and monitor attendance and timekeeping records for payroll processing
• Assist in processing and monitoring SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and other employee benefits
• Respond to basic employee HR concerns, inquiries, and requests
• Prepare HR reports, memos, announcements, and personnel documents
• Coordinate with different departments regarding employee-related concerns
• Assist with employee engagement, training, and evaluation activities
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned
