Galderma is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist in Makati to implement and monitor trade marketing programs across assigned stores and key accounts. You will work to achieve sales targets through negotiation with store operations and conduct stock- and display-related improvements at pharmacies and branches.

The role requires a 4-year business degree and at least 2 years’ FMCG/OTC trade marketing experience, with strong Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.

Competenze

• Graduate of any 4-year business course.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Trade Marketing Specialist in an FMCG or OTC company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Implement, deploy, and monitor trade marketing programs in assigned stores.
• Achieve sales targets by nurturing contacts and negotiating with store operations stakeholders, including District/Branch Managers and stock analysts.
• Improve and control operations in pharmacies and key accounts through stock level and inventory analysis at branch level.
• Implement in-store tactics in partnership with branch heads.
• Coordinate special events and promotions initiated by Head Office and Marketing.
• Provide direction and tools to in-store staff for proper planogram, product assortment, and displays.
• Lead pharmacy engagement activities and conduct CME sessions for pharmacists.
