Job summary

Mondelēz International Philippines is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to lead new business opportunities in white space retail, develop promotional pricing, and strengthen the company’s position with assigned customers.

You will coordinate with internal functions, manage portfolio, listings, distribution, and in-store visibility, and build category partnerships while negotiating and maintaining strong relationships across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial plan to strengthen Mondelēz International’s position with assigned customers.
• Coordinate between the customer and Mondelēz Internal functions.
• Maintain and develop strategic growth plans for customers focusing on portfolio management, listings, distribution and in-store promotions.
• Build and develop strong category partnerships.
• Manage pricing within the Gross to Net framework, assortment management, and forecast accuracy with supply chain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to plan and execute promotions and in-store visibility.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor developments.
