Job summary

The role requires familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office, with a focus on accuracy, controls, and timely financial reporting to support store performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Understanding of store finance operations including receivables, payables, billing, and cash handling.
• Knowledge of financial transaction processes, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
• Familiarity with internal controls, compliance requirements, and financial documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies.
• Record cash transactions and complete bank reconciliations accurately.
• Prepare and issue invoices and monitor collections for timely payments.
• Process refunds with banks as requested by Exchange and Return.
• Record month-end journal entries related to store operations.
• Support audits and maintain accounting records and tax documentation.
• Provide support for store operations compliance with legal requirements.
