IKEA Gruppe is seeking a finance professional to support daily store financial operations, including reconciliations, billing, and tax documentation. The role involves ensuring timely cash handling, invoicing, and audit support in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• understanding of store finance operations including receivables, payables, billing, and cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily sales reconciliation, investigate variances and perform follow ups on discrepancies
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all cash transactions and completion of bank reconciliations
• Prepare and issue of billing invoices and monitor collections to ensure timely payments from customers/partners
• Process manual store refunds with banks as requested by Exchange and Return department
• Ensure store invoices and petty cash claims are processed accurately and timely, with proper application of applicable withholding taxes.
• Support fixed assets management activities, including budget tracking and periodic physical inspection
• Ensure all month-end journal entries (e.g., accruals, amortization, inventory adjustments) related to store operation are recorded timely
• Provide support for accounting and financial related activities including internal and external audits, as required
• Maintain and safeguard accounting records, manage tax documentation and submit sales reports to tax authorities
• Support the store operations in monitoring and complying with store operating process as well as legal and statutory requirements

• You are familiar with finance systems and tools, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• You understand store operations and how finance functions support overall business activities.
• You are aware of local regulatory requirements and corporate documentation standards.
