SAN YANG INTERTRADE CORP is seeking a Leasing and Expansion Manager to drive timely store openings nationwide. You will coordinate mall-based location acquisitions, oversee launch readiness, and align sites with market strategies to support growth across the country.

Responsibilities include negotiating lease terms, managing a Leasing Administrative Assistant, and collaborating with Finance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure compliant, on-time openings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all store openings occur on schedule and mitigate leasing delays.

• Manage Leasing Administrative Assistant and track contracts and documents.
• Lead site acquisition and store development from sourcing to turnover.
• Negotiate commercial and technical lease terms with mall operators and developers.
