Metacom Careers is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Retail Account. This onsite CSR role assists customers with inquiries, orders, and account needs, delivering excellent service and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.

We welcome HS/SHS graduates, with or without CCE, and value good communication and a customer‑service mindset. You will work in a shift schedule within a dynamic BPO environment.
