Job summary

RetailWise in the Philippines seeks a Civil Engineer or Architect to oversee construction, renovation, and maintenance projects from start to finish. The role requires reading plans, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring progress aligns with approved designs.

You will conduct site visits, monitor timelines and costs, ensure safety and quality, and prepare progress reports and documentation. A 2–5 year background in project management is preferred, with readiness to travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related Engineering/Construction course.
• Licensed Civil Engineer or Registered Architect preferred.
• With 2–5 years of experience in construction, site supervision, renovation, fit-out, or project management.
• Proficient in reading construction and technical plans.
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, project monitoring, and quality control.
• Experienced in coordinating with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Willing to conduct site visits and travel as needed.
