Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with budget management and cost control is desirable.
• Knowledge of local building codes is advantageous.

• Implement and maintain standardized operational procedures and best practices across all construction projects




• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, metrics and documentation for management review




• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and company policies




• Manage procurement processes, supplier relationships and inventory to optimize resource availability and cost-effectiveness




• Support project planning activities, including timelines, resource requirements and risk assessments




• Liaise with clients, contractors and regulatory authorities to address operational concerns and maintain stakeholder relationships
