Job summary

Dash Cargo Logistics seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction operations and site activities. You will coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure work aligns with plans, timelines, and safety standards.

You should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience, with strong leadership and planning abilities. On-site work and travel to project locations are required.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction operations, site supervision or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site operations, safety, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or construction/project management software is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
