TAO Foods Company, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Retail Channel Manager to support sales strategies across modern trade accounts in Metro Manila. You will help drive distribution, merchandising excellence, and profitable in-store execution with cross-functional teams and retail partners.

The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding coverage, promoting effective promotions, and improving profitability across supermarkets, hypermarkets, and membership clubs in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in Sales, Key Account Management, Channel Management, or Modern Trade (FMCG/consumer goods preferred).
• Experience with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and national accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual/monthly sales plans for modern trade accounts.
• Support achievement of sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with buyers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Monitor performance, inventory, and account profitability.
• Ensure in-store merchandising standards and promotions are executed.
• Prepare account reviews, forecasts, and business plans.
