Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager for the RTM Gov Lim Zamboanga City branch. You will assist the Branch Manager in driving sales, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient daily operations. Excellent customer service and strong leadership are essential to grow profitability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields and at least 5 years of retail management experience. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and policy compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Train and develop branch staff to ensure effective performance.
• Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement to meet targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan promotions and drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment for a positive shopping experience.
• Assist in regular inventory checks and accuracy of stock levels.
• Handle cash management and ensure proper cash handling per policies.
• Prepare reports on branch performance, sales, and inventory.
