Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and develop branch staff to perform their duties effectively.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions to hit targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotional activities to drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment for a pleasant shopping experience.
• Assist in regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Handle cash management and ensure proper cash handling per policies.
• Assist in preparing reports on branch performance, sales, and inventory levels.
