Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in daily operations, drive sales targets, and ensure outstanding customer service. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on management of store activities.

You will oversee inventory, supervise staff, handle cash, and prepare performance reports, while collaborating with marketing on promotions to raise brand visibility and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in a retail management role.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Track record of meeting sales targets.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability.
