Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking a Relationship Manager-Retail Banking in Makati to design and manage sales and marketing strategies, grow deposits and account base, and collaborate with service and operations teams.

You will conduct market research, present to prospective clients, cross-sell products, assess creditworthiness, and coordinate with branch leadership to maintain high service quality and a progressive bank image.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related course.
• Proven ability to generate CASA deposits and grow accounts.
• Skilled in maintaining client relationships and cross-selling.
• Ability to assess creditworthiness for loans and credit products.
• Strong presentations and coordination with internal teams.
• Works well with branch operations and managers on service quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales and marketing plans to maximize deposits and business volume.
• Plans, organizes, and leads programs to increase account base and total funds.
• Conducts market surveys to identify prospective clients and tailor products to their needs.
• Regularly calls on prospective clients and submits activity reports.
• Cross-sells and expands relationships through ongoing client engagement and service quality.
• Endorses credit applications with justification and coordinates with regions.
