Job summary

UnionBank in the Philippines seeks a Relationship Manager-Retail Banking to grow deposits and customer base through proactive business development and relationship management. You will acquire new clients, deepen existing relationships, and promote banking products to hit targets while ensuring compliance with BSP and bank policies.

Collaborate with branch teams to deliver excellent service, conduct market research to shape sales strategies, and prepare client calls and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• Experience in retail banking, sales, business development, or relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Knowledge of banking products, deposit generation, and cross-selling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and grow CASA and funds portfolio.
• Identify, engage, and acquire prospective clients through sales calls and presentations.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop sales strategies.
• Evaluate client needs and facilitate referrals for loans, cards, and bancassurance.
