Job summary

Argia Global Link, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales & Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple retail locations from Metro Manila on a hybrid basis. You will drive operational excellence, sales growth, and a superior customer experience while traveling for regular store visits.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, lead Travel Ambassadors and store teams, analyze performance, and coordinate with Marketing, Warehouse, and partners to ensure stock availability and effective merchandising.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in retail operations, sales supervision, or area management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular store visits.
• Experience in retail, fashion, travel, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned stores and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Recruit, train, and develop Travel Ambassadors and store personnel.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and maximizing store profitability.
• Maintain healthy inventory levels and manage replenishment.
• Ensure products are displayed properly and marketing materials are utilized.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales, operations, and inventory performance.
