Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year course preferable Business, Entrepreneurship or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail operations is required.
• Knowledgeable in sales and marketing strategies is a plus.
• Strong analytical, numerical, problem solving, leadership, and people management skills are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall store management.
• Plans and directs day-to-day operations.
• Develops strategies to improve customer service.
• Drive store sales and increase profitability.
• Ensures proper implementation of processes, marketing promos, merchandise display, and layout in all stores.
• Leads the team in building a strong sales and service culture with the operations team through coaching and mentoring.
