Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in Sales and Operations, preferably within multi-branch organizations.
• Proven experience managing teams across multiple branches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales and operations strategies aligned with targets for revenue, profitability, and growth.
• Lead and oversee branch performance across sales, operations, customer service, and profitability metrics.
• Drive market expansion, customer acquisition, and growth initiatives within the region.
• Optimize operational processes, resource allocation, and cost management across branches to improve efficiency.
• Ensure consistent implementation of policies, standards, and customer experience across branches.
• Monitor regional business performance and provide strategic recommendations based on insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other Regional Managers to support objectives.
• Lead and mentor high-performing sales and operations teams across the region.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across the region.
• Provide regular business reviews to Head of Sales Operations and executive leadership.
• Serve as primary interface between regional branches and head office.
