Job summary

JUBELA HOLDINGS in Manila is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations, supervising staff and ensuring a superior guest experience.

You will oversee dining and beverage service, coordinate staff schedules, assist with hiring and training, enforce policies and health and safety standards, and help manage inventory, costs and waste while collaborating with leadership to hit sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills with the ability to handle feedback professionally.
• Food & Beverage knowledge, including menu familiarity and basic restaurant operations.
• Recruitment, onboarding and coaching staff experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with guests, team and management.
• Previous supervision experience in restaurant or hospitality settings.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of cash handling, POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
• Hospitality management degree or related education is beneficial but not mandatory.
