Job summary

The Autobus Group in Singapore CBD is seeking an energetic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. You will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and lead the service crew on the floor, ensuring smooth lunch and dinner service.

We value hospitality, strong communication, and leadership by example. The role offers staff meals, training and development, and clear pathways to Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager as you grow with our established F&B group.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in F&B preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead and work well with a team.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and shifts.
• Candidates with leadership potential welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily outlet operations.
• Supervise service crew during each shift.
• Ensure smooth service during peak lunch and dinner hours.
• Provide friendly, efficient and professional customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery.
• Train and motivate new and existing team members.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures.
• Cash handling, POS transactions and daily reconciliation.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and restaurant presentation.
• Ensure service SOPs and company standards are followed.
• Coordinate with kitchen to ensure smooth food service.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower deployment.
• Support private events and corporate bookings.
• Report operational issues to the Restaurant Manager.
• Take responsibility for the outlet when the Manager is unavailable.
