R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a dependable Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations on assigned shifts. You will manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold service standards to drive smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include leading front- and back-of-house teams, handing over between shifts, monitoring quality and safety, and preparing shift reports for management. A strong customer-focused mindset and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant/Shift Manager across fine dining, casual, or fast food.
• Completed at least 2 years of college.
• Strong leadership and management skills with knowledge of P&L, food costing, labor costing, and food safety.
• Sales and customer-oriented approach.

• Ensure high-quality guest service and resolve complaints quickly.

• Completed at least 2 years in college
• Has strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge in P&L, Food Costing, Labor Costing, Food Safety, Quality in general
• Sales and customer-oriented
