To supervise the store operations to work as a cohesive team in delivering quality food products and excellent customer service while balancing it with a results‑oriented objective.

Responsibilities

• Monitor that quality food products are correctly served to customers;
• Conduct proper forecasting of supplies for daily ordering;
• Maintain highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the entire store;
• Keep track of item movement in the store for monthly inventories;
• Coordinate with the General Services Department for performance of equipment, furniture and fixtures;
• Implement the safety and security procedures in the stores;
• Prepare and monitor staff attendance and man‑hour stage;
• Monitor individual performance of each staff;
• Monitor, gather and analyze sales performance matrix;
• Work together with the team and the Area manager in meeting the store's goals and profitability.
