Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless and high-standard service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure all service standards and fine dining protocols are consistently met.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing our wine service, including staff wine training and guest recommendations.
• Monitor reservations, guest flow, and seating arrangements for optimal efficiency and atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure synchronized and timely service.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and end-of-day reports.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and licensing standards in all areas of the restaurant.

Qualifications
