R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is looking for a dependable and hands-on Shift Manager to supervise restaurant operations during assigned shifts. This role involves managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining smooth and efficient service to uphold high operational standards.

You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, oversee handovers, complete shift reports, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Restaurant/Shift Manager in various dining styles.
• Completed at least 2 years in college.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of P&L, food costing, labor costing, and food safety.
• Sales and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure smooth handovers between shifts and accurate shift reports.
• Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff during the shift.
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide support as needed.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Maintain a welcoming and clean dining environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to safety standards.
• Complete shift reports and communicate key issues or updates to management.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed consistently.
