Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving KRA targets through effective management of shift operations.
• Monitor, analyze and recommend action plans relating to shift performance across KRAs.
• Gather data for marketing program development and provide marketing support requirements.
• Implement Food Safety, Cleanliness and Condition (FSC) plans and drive Gold Standard Consistency (GSC) compliance during shifts.
• Provide feedback to function holders when needed and monitor 3p service provider performance against SLA.
