Job summary

The Learning and Development Manager will oversee training programs that enhance restaurant operations, customer service, and leadership capability. The position focuses on developing employees and ensuring operational standards are consistently achieved across restaurant locations.

Located in Mandaluyong City, this role partners with Operations and HR to drive onboarding, coaching, and performance improvement. KPIs will be used to measure impact and ensure service excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRM or hospitality-related degree with focus on training/learning development.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in restaurant training.
• Experience in casual dining or multi-unit restaurant operations.
• Expertise in FOH operations, service quality, and employee development.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end restaurant learning and development initiatives.
• Develop training roadmaps for FOH employees and restaurant leaders.
• Conduct leadership workshops and coaching sessions.
• Create training materials, SOPs, and operational guides.
• Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and operational performance.
• Partner with Operations and HR to support organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards.
• Identify succession and talent development opportunities.
