One Food Group is seeking a Management Trainee (MT) for an entry‑level supervisory path in our restaurant operations. The MT will receive hands‑on training while supporting the RGM and AGM in daily operations, service, and staff management.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of operations experience, strong communication, and the drive to develop into a future leadership role within the brand. Open to fresh graduates as well.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year in restaurant operations or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Basic understanding of restaurant financials and inventory management.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates.
