Job summary

Scorched in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Store Manager to drive sales targets and profitability while leading a team across operations and customer service. You will supervise store crews, uphold food quality and cleanliness, and build brand awareness through community initiatives.

The role requires 3–4 years of shift management experience in a restaurant setting, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets and monthly P&L.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant business/food service field.
• 3–4 years of restaurant shift management experience.
• Customer-driven with sound judgment under pressure.
• Excellent communications and leadership skills.
• People management: coaching and supervising a team.
• Knowledge of store operations and profitability.
• Willing to work all shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Achieves store sales targets, sales growth targets and profitability.
• Leads team to create sales strategies, operational effectiveness and management.
• Supervises Team Leaders and Store Crews for high standards in customer service, food quality and store cleanliness.
• Leads in building store/brand awareness through community relations and customer engagement initiatives.
• Adheres to store operating systems, food safety standards, government regulatory requirements and company policy and procedures.
• Prepares store periodic reports, operating budget and reviews monthly store P&L.
• Audits daily sales reports vs sales collection.
• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor.
