Responsibilities

Oversee daily opening, operating, and closing procedures of the restaurant.
Coordinate dining area, kitchen, cashier and other departments for smooth service.
Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.
Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate restaurant staff.
Brief staff before shifts and communicate daily targets and promotions.
Welcome guests and ensure friendly, attentive service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve concerns promptly.
Monitor daily sales, expenses, discounts, voids, refunds, and cash collections.
Control food and labor costs, utilities, and other operating expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, permits, licenses, labor requirements, and regulations.
