Responsibilities

• Monitor food quality, service standards and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
• Track sales and operational costs; handle cash and POS procedures.
• Enforce SOPs, hygiene and safety standards; coordinate with kitchen.
• Brief staff, monitor performance, and support promotions to increase sales.
• Prepare daily operational and sales reports; undertake other duties as assigned.
