Job summary

Yoshinoya Jollibee Foods Inc. in Festival Mall, Muntinlupa is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure food safety, and deliver excellent customer service for dine-in and take-home orders.

You will lead store operations, coordinate with the Restaurant Manager, manage staffing and scheduling, and implement programs to drive sales and efficiency with a focus on customer satisfaction and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food or Business preferred.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills required.
• Strong written and oral communication with all store levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Willingness to work shifts and long hours.
• Willing to be assigned in Festival Mall, Muntinlupa.

Responsibilities

• Implement and assure compliance with Food, Safety and Cleanliness Programs for the assigned area.
• Oversee day-to-day operations for Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services; ensure customer needs are attended to promptly.
• Provide leadership support to the Restaurant Manager for sales building and client relations with institutional accounts and customer engagement.
• Assess opportunities in operations and cost management to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage workforce: manpower planning, hiring, orientation/certification, scheduling, and shifts.
• Handle store administrative activities including office organization, permits, Store Reports, and Store Safety programs.
