Job summary

Jollibee Group is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for the Glorietta, Makati store. You will oversee daily dine-in and take-home operations, ensure Food Safety and Cleanliness compliance, and support the Restaurant Manager with client relations to drive sales.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Food or Business, demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, and can work shifting schedules and long hours in a fast‑paced environment in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food/business field required.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, to all levels of store operations.
• Ability to perform well under pressure or opposition.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules and long hours.
• Willing to be assigned in Glorietta, Makati.

Responsibilities

• Implement and assure compliance with Food, Safety and Cleanliness Programs for the assigned area.
• Day-to-day operations effectiveness of Dine-In and Take-Home Sales Services; ensures customers' needs are attended to promptly.
• Sales building initiatives by providing leadership support to the Restaurant Manager through client business relations for assigned institutional accounts and customer engagement.
• Assessment of opportunities in operations and cost management to ensure sales and growth targets are met, if not exceeded.
• Workforce management of the assigned store, including manpower planning, hiring and orientation/certification of new members, managing schedules and shifts.
• Implementation of store administrative activities such as office organization, securing government permits, Store Reports Preparation, and programs like Store Safety.
