Job summary

Yoshinoya Jollibee Foods Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for SM City North Edsa, Quezon City. The role supports the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, customer engagement, and compliance with food safety and cleanliness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food or business related course; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate well, orally and in writing, to all levels in store operations.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and long hours.
• Willing to be assigned in SM City North Edsa, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Implement and assure compliance with Food, Safety and Cleanliness Programs for the assigned area.
• Oversee day-to-day Dine-In and Take-Home Sales operations; ensure customers are attended to promptly.
• Lead sales building initiatives and engage with institutional accounts for customer engagement.
• Assess opportunities in operations and cost management to meet targets.
• Manage workforce: manpower planning, hiring, orientation, scheduling.
• Handle store administration, including office organization, permits, store reports, and safety programs.
